Falcon Cape is strategically positioned within a central distance to the major highways making it easy for speedy collections and scheduled deliveries for our clients. Situated at the foot of the majestic Table Mountain, scenic views over look the front reception door and trade counter. The location has severed us well over the years as growing along side the influence and expanding product range of products from our local and import divisions.

We have grown our racking department to include functional assembly and customizing, improving on service and delivery time frames to our clients. While many distributors have shifted their focus to quantity through imports we have remained focused on quality and back up service to our range of SABS approved racking solutions.

The branch has also incorporated its own fiber and copper cordage termination plant. Once again the industry demand has driven us to innovate towards improved customer service. The two departments were developed and focused around providing the most personalized service we could offer our clients.

The branch has also received a technology boost, pioneering one of the first 10 gig copper systems in the region. The improved network infrastructure has also been supported by new wireless Vlans and the latest in Environmental Racking equipment. Many of our premium range products have been used in the installation which has made our offices a live demonstration of the actual product ability and reliability.

Our Stores

Our product range is a mirror image of the 7000 products offered in Johannesburg. It’s been a point that we have built our industry credibility upon. The major difference to all the satellite locations is that we carry a stock holding that is representative of all our brands both internal brands such as Adlerkabel and Adlerac but also the range of imported structured networking solutions which encompass both the cabling and the active components.

The product range offered for Adlerkabel is very comprehensive this encompasses instrumentation, telecommunication, CCTV and security. The respective Mylar cables, voice communication cables, coaxial cables and fire alarm cables are offered across the full manufactured range.

The product range offered for Adlerac is as extensive as the manufacturing plant. We are proud

of all the products we produce and import but for Adlerac it has a special place in our history with accreditation for ISO and SABS, we are the only manufacturer that holds this standard of quality for manufacture and design. The range of stock items encompasses a range of wall boxes,

cabinets and server cabinets currently being manufactured.

The range of telecommunications products have been a long standing range of products that have grown as the industry demand has changed. It has been one of the fastest growing product lines due to the rapid explosion of wireless and cellular technologies. The range holds its roots in the legacy items but also offers the latest in customer driven demand. The range of telecommunication

products have been a mix of locally manufactured cables and mostly imported jacks and plugs.

The structured cabling solutions are fully imported systems that are largely kept on the basis

of the selected channel of certified installers. The stock holding facilitates the day to day activities

but consistent work through the channel of preferred installers ensures the fastest response

to the local tenders.

Due to the cost on fiber optic cables and associated products these items are generally procured

on the most common usage. In light of one cable having several different structural changes

the most commonly used cables are kept in stock. Associated local and international

relationships ensure items that fall outside the standard can be procured within a relatively

short time frame. On the cordage and accessory side the range is complete in every sense.

We also carry a focused range of testers for both copper and fiber optic solutions. The associated

partnership ensures all the products are backed and supported by the international manufacturers

with long established industry recognition.

A determined and knowledgeable sale team is what Falcon strives for, continued formal education programs and internal skills development training programs are one of the key driving forces.

 

The operations department, comprising of the leads technicians, cable technicians, rack technicians, stores and drivers they are the heartbeat of the branch. They are relentless line backers that put inthe long hours to ensure the pieces of the puzzle fit the way they do.
