For the first time since doing business in Angola, Falcon Electronics expands it's telecommunication wings and will be exhibiting at the FILDA 2006 trade fair.

Mr. Barend Michaels
Export Manager
Barend Michaels put on his international trade fair hat and departed today the 25th July 2006 for Luanda in Angola. Barend will spend the next six days representing Falcon Electronics at the Trade Fair, during which he will strengthen his current Angolan relationships and build new roads with local and foreign delegates attending the Trade Fair. FILDA 2006 will be another opportunity for Falcon Electronics to expand on it's Telecommunications Distribution Service as well as launch it's new Adler Networking Solutions Product Range.
The Filda International Trade Fair has gained a reputation for being the most important annual trade event on the Angolan business calendar. The 23rd annual "International Trade Fair of Luanda" (FILDA 2006) will take place from 26 to 30 July 2006 and will host national and foreign business firms from around the world. Filda 2006 is expected to accommodate 650 exhibitors including 20 countries i.e. Portugal, Spain, Italy, Germany, Brazil, Cuba, the Netherlands, Austria, the United States of America, Norway, China, and South Africa
The volume of business conducted through FILDA increased in 2005 to around US$ 300 million. The event has been dubbed "Door to Africa and Window to the World", implying that, through the Filda International Trade Fair, entrepreneurs have access to other countries on the continent while at the same time allowing Africans, and Angolans in particular, to benefit from the experience and technology of more advanced economies. More than 80 000 visitors are expected to visit this year’s event.
Falcon Electronics wishes Mr. Barend Michaels a safe and prosperous journey.
